Yes. Our magnetic tile sets are designed for children aged 3 years and over.

Our products have passed EN71 testing, which is a strict European toy safety standard widely recognised internationally that are also compatible with AUS/NZ toy safety standards . The testing covers important safety areas such as:

• Edges and surfaces

• Magnet safety

• Flammability

• Migration of elements

• Material safety and cleanliness

The magnets are securely sealed inside the tiles and tested to ensure they stay safely enclosed during normal everyday play.

Orders are shipped within New Zealand using trusted delivery providers such as NZ Post and Aramex.

Our products are packed carefully to help prevent damage during transport. Where applicable, tiles are individually protected to reduce the risk of scratching or damage before they reach you.

Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Delivery time may vary depending on your location and the courier provider. Rural delivery may take a little longer (refer to the shipment providers website for more information)

Please choose carefully, as we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases once the packaging has been opened or the item is no longer in resellable condition.

For change-of-mind returns, the item must be according to our inspection:

• Unused

• Unopened

• In its original packaging

• In resellable condition

Return shipping is at the customer’s cost unless the product is faulty or damaged.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
